Don E. Spurrell

I have been in practice for 40 years with extensive experience in civil and criminal law: from serious injury, wrongful death and medical negligence to construction litigation to the most serious criminal trial cases that come before state and federal courts. My practice has taken me from Tennessee to Kentucky to New York and Hawaii.

I have personally tried hundreds of jury and non-jury cases and handled thousands of sentencing hearings in state and federal courts. Along with my partners and associates, we have settled hundreds of personal injury cases.

One of my concentrations is federal sentencing consulting, where I help strengthen the approaches used to mitigate and reduce the length and severity of a criminal sentence. We also handle appellate work in state and federal courts and general case consultation.
